In June of 2009, I was fortunate enough to join TrueNorth.  TrueNorth, based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is a large integrated financial solutions company that provides risk management, employee benefit, and investment solutions to individuals and companies around the United States.  TrueNorth is truly committed to the wellness of its employees which I found out early on.  Our president, Duane Smith, gave me a book to read titled “Younger Next Year” authored by Chris Crowley &  Dr. Harry Lodge.

“Younger Next Year” is a very practical health & wellness strategy for men and women around the age of 50.  It teaches that with  proper exercise and diet, one can truly slow the aging process and actually turn back the biological time clock.   Everyone who is even remotely interested in improving their health and their lifestyle should read this book.  It made a profound impact on my commitment to better health and made  me realize my new associates at TrueNorth  were very serious about wellness.

If interested, this book is a an easy, enjoyable read and can be purchased at Amazon used, new, or on Kindle by clicking on this link:
